Eastern Consolidated Properties, Inc. announced the sale of North Shore Plaza, a two-building, 116,000 SF office complex in Jericho, N.Y., to Princeton International for $12 million. Brian Ezratty, vice chairman of Eastern Consolidated, represented both parties in the transaction.

Thor Equities announced the purchase of 139 Fifth Ave., a 35,000 SF, mixed-use building in New York City.

Massey Knakal Realty Services announced the sale of 968 Third Ave., an 11,875 SF commercial building in New York City, for $2.25 million. Robert A. Knakal, chairman of Massey Knakal, represented both parties in the transaction.

The Praedium Group and Pinnacle Realty announced the acquisition of a seven-property, multifamily portfolio in the Bronx. Frank Patafio, principal of the Praedium Group, Ron Strobl, vice president, and Amachie Ackah, associate, served as in-house representatives for the buyer.
