Brown Harris Stevens expands

Brown Harris Stevens Commercial Services of Long Island is pleased to announce that the firm has expanded its commercial real estate services operations on Long Island into a newly renovated office located at 1044 Northern Boulevard, Roslyn, New York. The firm has expanded to 16 brokers providing services in commercial brokerage and investment property management in the Long Island and Metropolitan New York areas.
"This expansion will allow us to provide a high level of service to the Long Island commercial real estate community from our new facilities in Roslyn," said David Sargoy, director of the Commercial Real Estate Services Division.
The Nassau County office provides services to Queens, Brooklyn, Staten Island and Nassau with some additional service to Suffolk County. The company is expanding its brokerage services with additional brokers who specialize in industrial, office and investment properties. The company is also expanding its Property Management Division in the boroughs outside of Manhattan and Long Island. The company utilizes state of the art computer management tools to provide the highest level of personalized service to its commercial real estate clients.
The new and expanded office is located in the recently renovated Roslyn Center, The company also maintains an office in Suffolk County at 300 Wheeler Road, Hauppauge.
