Georgia Malone & Co. announced that Dan Margulies has been appointed as senior vice president. In his new position, Margulies will be responsible for the acquisition of apartment portfolios in New York City.
Margulies has 17 years of experience in housing. Prior to joining Georgia Malone, he served as executive director of the Community Housing Improvement Program, Inc.
Margulies holds a B.A. in political science from Harpur College. He resides in Larchmont, N.Y. with his wife and two children.
