The Real Estate Institute of New York University School of Continuing and Professional Studies will honor the enormous contributions made by Douglas Durst to the real estate community at the 36th annual Urban Leadership Award Dinner, which will be held June 3, at the newly refurbished World Financial Center Winter Garden, at 220 Vesey St.
"It would be difficult to find an organization more closely linked with the growth of New York City than the Durst Organization," said D. Kenneth Patton, director of the Real Estate Institute.
"One of the great strengths of New York's real estate community is its ability to look and plan ahead, through an understanding of the intrinsic and the intangible value associates with living and working in this city.
Douglas Durst, and his entire organization, epitomize this visionary approach to the future growths of our city."
