GVA Williams to rep Westport space
Real Estate Weekly, May 21, 2003
GVA Williams of Connecticut has been appointed the exclusive agent for 103-107 Main St. in Westport, Conn., a 4,100-SF building that currently is tenanted by Coach, a jeweler and a pizza shop. 103-107 Main St. is located adjacent to Ann Taylor and across the street from the new Talbot's Men's store.
GVA Williams' team for this assignment includes executive vice president Scott Lifschultz, vice president Dominick Musilli and president and CEO Cory Gubner. Coach is expanding and relocating, and will soon, vacate its 2,100-SF space. The building could be leased to one 4,100-SF tenant, or to two tenants who could evenly split the space.
