Allied opens new office

Allied Home Mortgage Capital Corporation has opened a new branch in Bunnell, Fla. The branch is the first one in the city and in eastern central Florida. John Dmytryk is the branch manager for the new office. He has more than 25 years of experience in the mortgage banking industry and was formerly a controller with Citibank in Florida.
Marka Ann Brooks and Chad and Nuala Sinsel are the loan officers for the branch. Marka has over 30 years of experience in the banking and financial industry in Florida. Chad was a real estate attorney in West Virginia and Maryland for over 40 years, and he and Nuala ran a mortgage origination office at Deep Creek Lake, a resort in western Maryland, for 11 years prior to retirement.
The new branch is located in the Flagler County Business Center on U.S. Highway One between Bunnell and Palm Coast.
