Swig Equities announced that Todd E. Korren has been promoted to senior vice president and director of commercial leasing and operations at Swig Equities, one of New York's premier commercial and residential real estate development and management firms.
Prior to joining Swig Equities, Mr. Korren served as Managing Director of Rockrose Development Corp., a $2.5 billion developer/owner/manager, where he was responsible for managing the $750 million, 2.25 million square foot commercial and retail portfolios located throughout New York City.
His specific responsibilities included leasing, property management, administration, and acquisitions.
Korren earned a BS in management from New York University in 1986.
He earned his masters in business administration from New York University in 1994.
