Lehman Brothers is taking on 101,995 square feet for expansion space at One World Financial Center, a Brookfield building, beginning in November. Lehman occupies over 1 million square feet in the nearby 3 World Financial Center a/k/a American Express Tower, and at 50 Broadway, among other sites.
The deal was done through Robert Alexander, Michael Geoghegan, Theodore Koltis and David Valdez of Insignia/ESG.
