REBNY Luncheon

June 11 -- The Real Estate Board of New York will hold a members' luncheon, entitled "New Construction Opportunities in a Weak Market," from 11:45 a.m. to 2 p.m. Veronica Hacket, partner of the Clarett Group, Howard P. Milstein, managing partner of Milstein Properties, and Dr. Axel Stawski, of the Kipp-Stawski Management Group, will be the featured speakers at the event. The luncheon will take place at the Waldorf-Astoria Hotel, at 301 Park Ave. Members: $78 per person.

ABO Trade Show

Continuing Education Course

June 11, 18 & 25 - From 9 a.m. to 5 p.m., Esther Muller's Real Estate Division of the Academy for Continuing Education is offering a 22.5 hour required course for re-licensing. There are no exams, and the course is approved by the New York Department of State. Golf Outing

June 16 -- The Bronx-Manhattan North Association of Realtors will hold its 2003 golf and tennis outing from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. The event will include breakfast, lunch, cocktail hour, a golf tournament, and a tennis tournament. It will take place at the Whipporwill Country Club in Armonk, N.Y. Members: $575 for the golf program, $300 for the tennis program.
