Staples 67,000 s/f lease deal

The Trammell Crow Company recently completed a multi-faceted lease transaction on behalf of Staples, Inc., a leading office supply company, at 45 Cedar Lane in Englewood, New Jersey.

Trammell Crow Company's Mitch Katz, vice president, represented Staples, a long-time client, in its lease at the Englewood facility, with Florence Reichenberg, senior vice president, and Murray Robertson, director of design and construction services, managing the relocation from 45 East Wesley Street in South Hackensack to its new 67,110-square-foot facility.
