Countdown to REBNY Retail Deal of the Year

Real Estate Weekly, June 8, 2005

The Real Estate Board of New York (REBNY) announced that it has received final submissions for its Retail Deal of the Year awards, which annually recognize the most creative and significant Manhattan retail deals. This year, REBNY members submitted 17 transactions.

The winners will be announced at the Retail committee's annual cocktail party on Tuesday, June 14, 2005 at the 101 Club.

"The Retail Deal of the Year awards are the industry's top honors for retail brokers. With the increasing creativity among retail brokers today it is no surprise that this year drew more submissions than ever before.

"We are proud to be able to recognize these top-notch brokers that are impacting New York's competitive real estate market," said Steven Spinola, REBNY president.
