Pyramid Real Estate and Management Company announces that J.N.E. Delgado has purchased a condo unit of 1,748 square feet of industrial space at 130 Lenox Avenue, Unit #6, Stamford, CT. Bruce W. Sheldon and Dick Palmer, vice presidents of Pyramid, represented the seller, SaatiTech, Inc. in the transaction. Leonard Sansone of William Pitt represented the buyer.
Terms of the deal were not disclosed.
