Sutton & Edwards Inc. has completed the leasing program at 110 Jericho Turnpike in Floral Park, NY. Lazarus Burman, Syosset-based real estate developer, had initiated a capital improvement program to upgrade the building's common areas. At 50 percent vacancy, Lazarus Burman appointed Sutton & Edwards Inc. as exclusive leasing agent, who has since brought the building to 100 percent occupancy.
Republic Mortgage, represented by Jay Silver of Sutton & Edwards, leased an additional 1,364 square feet in an expansion, for a total of 7,000 square feet, constituting the primary tenant in the building.
CreditRiskMonitor.com (CRMZ), represented by Gus Nuzzolese and Eric Launer of Sutton & Edwards, secured 5,600 square feet for the back end offices of their online financial information analysis and news service.
In addition, Cable Plus, represented by Mehul Modi of ERA Today, took 1,826 square feet, while Holophane, represented by building agent Alan Rosenberg of Sutton & Edwards, and Janus Abstract, also represented by Jay Silver, have occupied 936 square feet and 969 square feet, respectively.
