Brown Harris Stevens continues sales streak

The On Site Division of Brown Harris Stevens has created and implemented a marketing and sales program for 25 Beekman Place; 5 Harrison Street, The Greenwich on West 13th Street, and The Bank, located at 77 Eighth Avenue.
Downtown in Tribeca, at 5 Harrison Street, all units, which are full floors, have been sold. In the West Village, The Greenwich, at 65 West 13th Street, is over 80 percent sold and with 79 units, represents a substantial part of the luxury loft market in Greenwich Village.
Brown Harris Stevens has been successfully marketing a unique property at 25 Beekman Place. This is the only full-service residential condominium on Beekman Place. The property has been renovated, with just a few remaining units to be sold.
The Bank represents Brown Harris Stevens' latest On Site sales and marketing assignment. When fully renovated, The Bank will house 11 Luxury condominium loft units. Overlapping with the sales efforts, the Brown Harris Stevens management division has been providing its services as the building nears completion.
