ING Clarion Partners announced that Stephen J. Spey has been appointed as senior vice president and assistant portfolio manager.
In his new position, Spey will be responsible for two of the firm's private equity account portfolios.
Prior to joining ING Clarion Partners, Spey served as a director with UBS Realty Investors. While there, he was responsible for an investment portfolio valued at $1.3 billion.
