AGENTS
The Schultz Organization/TCN Worldwide has been appointed as the exclusive sales and leasing agent for 12 Mount Pleasant Turnpike, a 6,000 SF building in Denville, N.J., and 1170 Route 22 West, an 8,500 SF building in Mountainside, N.J. Robert Klausner will handle these assignment on behalf of the Schultz Organization.
Garrick-Aug Worldwide, Ltd. has been appointed as the exclusive leasing agent for the retail space at 382 West, Broadway in New York City. The building contains approximately 10,350 SF of retail space. Faith Hope Consolo, vice chairman, and Joseph Aquino, managing director, will handle this assignment on behalf of Garrick-Aug.
Garrick-Aug Worldwide, Ltd. has been appointed as the exclusive leasing agent for the retail space at the following New York City properties:
* 106 Spring St. The building contains 6,100 SF of retail space;
* 144 Spring St. The development site will offer approximately 4,800 to 8,000 SF of retail space;
* 91 Greene St. The building contains approximately 5,400 SF of retail space;
* 70-72 Wooster St. The building contains 10,500 SF of retail space.
Faith Hope Consolo, vice chairman, and Joseph A. Aquino, managing director, will handle these assignments on behalf of Garrick-Aug.
Lighthouse Retail Partners, LLC has been appointed as the exclusive leasing agent for the retail space at .the following properties:
* 23-85 87th St. in East Elmhurst, N.Y. The building contains 305,000 SF of available space;
* 612 Wortman Ave. m Brooklyn, N.Y. The building contains 350,000 SF of available space;
* 165-25 147th Ave. in Jamaica, N.Y. The building contains 273,000 SF of available space;
* 114-15 Guy Brewer Boulevard in Jamaica, N.Y. The building contains 205,000 SF of available space;
* 85-01 24th Ave. in East Elmhurst, N.Y. The building contains 300,000 SF of available space.
Jeff Ravetz, Louis Sheinker, Paul Cooper, and Josh Segal will handle these assignments on behalf of Lighthouse Retail.
SALES
Eastern Consolidated Properties, Inc. announced the sale of 7112-1312 Boulevard East, an apartment complex in North Bergen, N.J., for $13 million. Eric Anton, Ronald Solarz, and George Moss, of Eastern Consolidated, represented both parties in the transaction.
Grubb & Ellis Company announced the sale of 118-126 E. 29th St., a five-building, 45,000 SF brownstone portfolio in New York City, to Gramercy Hill LLC for $8.5 million. Miriam Halpert, Jonathan Miller, Richard Seeler, and Alan Bourne, of Grubb & Ellis, represented both parties in the transaction.
Sheldon Gross Realty Inc. announced the sale of 5 Lexington Ave., a 54,377 SF manufacturing facility in East Brunswick, N.J., to International Sea & Air. Robert Bowman and Jonathan Glick, of Sheldon Gross, represented the seller in the transaction.
CB Richard Ellis announced the sale of 221 Main St., a two-building, 1.1 million SF development site in White Plains, N.Y., to LC Main, LLC for $13.9 million. Jeffrey R. Dunne and Christopher G. McManus, of CB Richard Ellis, represented both parties in the transaction.
Desmond Virgulak Brown Commercial Realty, Inc. announced the following transactions:
* The sale of a 33,000 SF mixed-use complex on Main Ave. in Merritt, N.Y. to 430 Main Avenue, LLC. Mike Duncan, of DYB, and David Aitoro, of Aitoro Associates, served as the brokers in the transaction;
* The sale of 104 South Main St., an apartment complex in South Norwalk, Conn., to Gemini Realty for $1.063 million. Mike Duncan, of DYB, represented both parties in the transaction.
Gerber/Somma Associates Inc. announced following transactions:
* The sale of 700-714. 22nd St. and 728 21st St., a four-building package in Union City, N.J., for approximately $1.3 million. Harold Gerber, of Gerber/Somma, served as the broker in the transaction;
* The sale of 4606 Park Ave., a mid-rise apartment building in Weehawken, N.J., to Jefferson Street Associates. Harold Gerber, of Gerber/Somma, served as the broker in the transaction.
SL Green Realty Corp. announced the following transactions:
* The sale of 1370 Broadway, a 16-story, 250,000 SF office building in New York City, to Sitt-Sutton Group for $58.5 million;
* The sale of 875 Bridgeport Ave., a 64,195 SF building in Shelton, Conn., to J.F.K. Acquisition Group for $16.2 million.
