Brokers lived it up SoHo-Style at SOHO 25 grand opening
Real Estate Weekly, June 4, 2003
More than 100 of New York City's top residential brokers attended SOHO 25's broker open house in celebration of SoHo's first new-construction condominium loft building in over two decades.
In the stylish surrounds of the Presentation Center, which showcases SOHO 25's model open-loft kitchen and serene spa-like bathroom, guests lived it up, SoHo-style, with gourmet hors d'oeuvres from Dean & DeLuca and fine wine. Members of the brokerage community won giveaways from the acclaimed SoHo restaurant, Zoe.
After only two weeks on the market, 30% of the 32 luxury loft residences have been sold.
When completed in spring 2004, the homes at SOHO 25 will boast a fully attended lobby, soaring ceilings and Canadian maple-strip flooring. Luxurious open loft kitchens will feature top-of-the-line stainless-steel appliances by Subzero, Miele and Viking, as well as wine refrigerators and garbage disposals. Unique Verona stone countertops will be richly contrasted by cabinets of sandblasted glass, stainless steel and ebony-colored wood. Residents of: SOHO 25 will enjoy a landscaped Rooftop Retreat with a reflecting pool, an outdoor shower and brilliant cityscape views.
