Golf/Tennis Outing
June 28--The Bronx-Manhattan North Association of Realtors will hold a golf and tennis outing from 8 a.m. to 8:30 p.m. The event will include breakfast, lunch, cocktail hour and dinner, golf tournament and tennis tournament. It will take place at the Brae Burn Country Club in Purchase, N.Y. Members: $575 for the full golf program, $300 for the full tennis program Non-members: $675 for the full golf program, $400 for the full tennis program. CoreNet Golf Outing
July 12--CoreNet Global New York Chapter will hold its 10th annual golf outing. The event will include a day of golf or tennis, a cocktail reception and a luau dinner. June 17--The Association of Real Estate Women will hold a cocktail reception in honor of its Top Real Estate Women of the Past 50 Years from 6:00 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. Betsy Gotbaum, a public advocate, will be the featured speaker at the event. Appraisal Institute Course
July 19--The Long Island Chapter of the Appraisal Institute will hold a full day seminar, entitled "Real Estate Finance, Value and Investment Performance," from 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. The seminar will cover such topics as breakeven points, debt service coverage ratio, tax sheltering opportunities, etc. The event will take place at the Marriott Residence Inn, at 9 Gerhard Road in Plainview, N.Y.
