Staubach's Homer leads team working Pfizer sale

The Staubach Company, a leading real estate advisory firm, today announced that it has been appointed to assist Pfizer in marketing its 2.2 million square foot complex located at 2800 Plymouth Road in Ann Arbor, Michigan.

Staubach presents Pfizer with strong industry knowledge and proven results in both local and international markets.

"Pfizer desired a firm with an international life science background and track record." said Martin Horner, a managing principal with Staubach New York.

"Staubach's vast global network places the firm in an excellent position to counsel and locate users both locally and internationally."

The campus consists of 28 buildings related to life science research, development and pharmaceutical manufacturing. The 2.2 million square feet of space includes 720,000 s/f for offices, 750,000 s/f of laboratory and other research space, and a 234,000 s/ f state-of-the-art manufacturing facility.

"This property presents an exceptional opportunity to the global life science industry," notes Horner. "Staubach will look to provide Pfizer with suitable opportunities as quickly as possible."

The complex is being offered for sale as a whole or can be subdivided as a multi-tenant facility. Spaces in the 100,000 s/f range and above are available for consideration.

Martin "Mac" Horner, a managing principal with Staubach's New York office, will lead the Staubach team along with Jay Koster and Michael Hochanadel from Staubach Capital Markets as well as Chris Skibinski, SIOR from Staubach's Industrial Division and Life Science Practice Group. Dave MacDonald, a principal with Staubach's Southfield, Michigan office will provide local support.
