ON-SITE Sales & Marketing, LLC has retained as the exclusive sales and marketing agent for Crystal Hills, a new residential community under construction in the orange County Town of Middletown.

The Westchester, N.Y.-based residential sales and marketing firm was selected to formulate marketing strategies and handle the sales for the community of 70 single-family homes, according to Sanford Pankin, a Principal of Crystal Hills, LLC, the community's developer.

"ON-SITE's proven ability to market and sell some of the New York Metropolitan area's most successful selling housing communities made them the perfect choice to direct the sales program at Crystal Hills", says Mr. Pankin.

"The two principals possess over 35 years of experience expertise in the field with numerous success stories and satisfied builders and developers. Their availability and active involvement in all aspects of the marketing process leaves us no doubt they will complete sales at the community in short order."

The announcement comes as ON-SITE nears the completion of the sales program at Sugar Hills at Warwick, a community of semi-detached townhomes rising in the Town of Warwick. ONSITE took the project over during a period of financial difficulties and implemented a successful sales and marketing program which turned Sugar Hills into Orange County's fastest-selling new home community.

Situated on a wooded and rolling site, Crystal Hills will offer a number of elegant housing designs including three-bedroom/two-bath raised ranches with a one car garage priced from $149,900 and three-bedroom Colonial designs with 2-1/2 baths and a garage priced from $159,900 A four-bedroom Colonial with 2-1/2 baths is currently being designed and will be priced from $172,900.

Found throughout the homes are central heating and air conditioning, formal living and dining rooms walk-in closets and full basements which can be finished to add extra living space Michelle Morgan will oversee the sales program at Crystal Hills for ON-SITE.
