The Manhattan Real Estate Sales and Mortgage Brokerage firm of Robert P. Corso Co. have reported the sales and financing of the following properties:

* After an ownership of more than 50 years, the 3 story retail building at 86 Orchard Street, just South of Broome Street. N.Y.C. was sold. And just after the Corso firm made the first sale they immediately resold the building again to one of the retail tenants within the property.

* In other transaction, after an ownership of more than 25 years the sponsors of Woodcrest Gardens, a 12 unit Co-op in Mahopac, new York have sold their remaining block of 24 Apartments to at investor client of the Corso organization. This 2 story garden apartment complex was built in 1969.

* The Corso firm also sold a block of co-op apartments at 304-24 East 41st Street -- 145 East 29th Street and 1060 Park Avenue, N.Y.C. to an investor client of the firm.

The Corso organization participated in the sale of 65-71 Wadsworth Terrace, N.Y.C. a 5 story apartment building containing 46 units.

Financing placed: Robert P. Corso & Co. placed institutional first mortgage financing on the following Properties:

$750,000 on the 5 story building containing 56 apartments at 618 West 177th St., NYC.

And $2,750,000 on 7 commercial condominiums containing 22,800 square feet in the 41 story Stanford apartments located at 51 East 25th Street, NYC which was built in 1986.
