The Garibaldi Group has been appointed as the exclusive leasing agent for 86-90 Morris Ave., a 414,354 SF mixed-use campus in Summit, N.J. Jeffrey J. Garibaldi, John G. Osborne, James P. Southey, and Gerald E. Moore will handle this assignment on behalf of the Garibaldi Group.
Insignia/ESG has been appointed as the exclusive leasing agent for 310 Madison Ave., a three-story, 56,000 SF office building in Morristown, N.J. Sam Buckley and William O'Keefe, Jr. will handle this assignment on behalf of Insignia/ESG.
