Besen & Associates has been appointed as the exclusive sales agent for 173-175 East Broadway, a 59,000 SF office building in New York City. Adelaide Polsinelli, senior executive broker, will handle this assignment on behalf of Besen & Associates.

The Garibaldi Group has been appointed as the exclusive leasing agent for 86-90 Morris Ave., a 414,354 SF mixed-use campus in Summit, N.J. Jeffrey J. Garibaldi, John G. Osborne, James P. Southey, and Gerald E. Moore will handle this assignment on behalf of the Garibaldi Group.

Insignia/ESG has been appointed as the exclusive leasing agent for 310 Madison Ave., a three-story, 56,000 SF office building in Morristown, N.J. Sam Buckley and William O'Keefe, Jr. will handle this assignment on behalf of Insignia/ESG.

Robert K. Futterman & Associates, LLC has been appointed as an exclusive tenant agent for Forman Mills, Inc., a sportswear store. Barry Fishbach, executive vice president, will handle this assignment on behalf of RKF.

Cooper Square Realty has been appointed as the exclusive managing agent for the following properties:

* 200 E. 74th St., a luxury co-op building in New York City;

* 141 E. 55th St., a condo building in New York City;

* 130 E. 94th St., a prewar landmark co-op building in New York City.
