Rose Assoc. named agent for Metropolitan Tower

Rose Associates, Inc., one of New York's oldest full-service real estate firms, has been named managing agent for the Metropolitan Tower Condominium at 146 West 57 Street in Manhattan.
The Metropolitan Tower Condominium is a 78-story 237-unit contemporary glass tower developed by The Macklowe Organization in 1986. The building, which has entrances on 56th and 57th streets, features doormen, a concierge desk, health club and a garage. Metropolitan Tower Condominium also offers residents and members a private restaurant with a terrace for dining.
Rose Associates will manage the residential components and shared common elements of the exclusive condominium, located on 57th Street between Avenue of the Americas and Seventh Avenue near Carnegie Hall and overlooking Central Park.
"We are pleased to be entrusted with this extraordinary residence," said J. Brian Peters, senior managing director of Rose Associates' Residential Management Division, which represents more than 16,000 apartment units in some 65 major properties in the New York City metropolitan area.
