Bose signs lease

Robert K. Futterman & Associates, LLC has completed a lease for Bose Corp. at AOL Time Warner Center. The new 1,000-SF store is Bose's first Manhattan location.
Karen Bellantoni, senior managing director with RKF, represented Bose Corp. in the lease transaction. Related Cos., LP, which owns the building in partnership with The Palladium Co. and Apollo Real Estate Advisors, LP, was represented in-house by Mitchell Friedel, senior vice president.
Bose's New York City store will open in late Fall 2003, following the completion of AOL Time Warner Center.
"This is an exceptional site for Bose Corp.'s first New York City location," said Bellantoni. "The company was attracted by AOL Time Warner Center's award-winning design as well as its affluent residential population and concert hall designed for use by Lincoln Center's Jazz at Lincoln Center."
