FNIS reaches agreement with Realty Executives
Real Estate Weekly, June 18, 2003
FNIS and Realty Executives International, the nation's first 100% commission company and one of the fastest-growing U.S. real estate franchises, announced the signing of a two-year technology franchise agreement to provide FNIS' electronic customer relationship management (e-CRM) automated marketing tools to Realty Executives' broker owners and their real estate agents, effective July 1.
Realty Executives International purchased the rights to use and resell FNIS' e-CRM products through a private-labeled solution -- e-executive CRM -- offered to its nationwide network of 10,328 agents and 555 broker franchisees.
By centralizing agents' business processes and linking everyone involved, the e-CRM solutions enhance agents' productivity and give them a competitive edge in achieving customer satisfaction and sustaining client relationships.
"At Realty Executives, we understand the importance of first-class, consistent client follow-up," said Rich Rector, president and CEO of Realty Executives International.
By integrating a broad suite of productivity solutions designed to help build their businesses, FNIS' solutions enable brokers and their agents to become more productive and profitable on every transaction.
