Brian Meade, CPG, a nationally respected expert in environmental due diligence and site assessment, has joined Partner Engineering and Science, Inc. as a principal and will direct the firm's newly opened East Coast office in New York City.
A Certified Professional Geologist, Mende brings more than 25 years of environmental due diligence, site investigation and remedial action experience to the company.
Most recently he was senior environmental risk manager for Citibank, NA, Previously, he was an environmental consultant to the Environmental Protection Agency, lenders and real estate investors on projects located throughout the United States, Puerto Rico and the US Virgin Islands.
His consulting background ranges from small site investigations to investigations on Superfund (NPL) sites throughout EPA Region II.
