Simon Ziff, president of the Ackman-Ziff Real Estate Group, LLC, has reported a $50 million forward commitment on a 467,205-square-foot power center located in Farmingdale, N.Y. Phase I of this development includes 288,000 square feet, which was 90 percent pre-leased at the time of closing to Staples, Home Depot and Modell's.
Phase II, comprised of 190,000 square feet is also significantly pre-leased.
