The Treeline Companies, commercial real estate owners and developers, announced the purchase of two Class A office buildings in White Plains, N.Y. They are located directly off Westchester Avenue and the Interstate 287 (the Cross Westchester Expressway), and enjoy a prime location on "The Platinum Mile" in Westchester County's premier office sub-market.
The total purchase price of the two buildings was $24.1 million. Andrew Nemeroff of Imperial Capital arranged the financing with UBS Principal, Finance LLC.
