CB Richard Ellis' tristate investment team sold 99 Church Street, a 103,000-square-foot office building located in downtown White Plains, N.Y. for $4.5 million

CB Richard Ellis' Tri-State Investment Team, along with Frank Tomasulo, Al Gutierrez and Paul Hoffman of CB Richard Ellis represented the seller, Principal Life Insurance Company in this transaction.

The Property was sold vacant and has not been occupied in over five years.

The CB Richard Ellis Tri-State Investment Team had also sold 2 William Street in White Plains, 19 Court Street in White Plains and 2&4 Gannett Drive in suburban White Plains on behalf of Principal Life Insurance over the past six months. Additionally, the Tri-State Team is currently marketing 12 Water Street in White Plains and a 410,00-square-foot portfolio of industrial property in Wallingford and North Haven, Conn. for Principal Life Insurance Company.
