Cushman & Wakefield announced that Dennis R. Irvin has joined Cushman & Wakefield as an executive director. He will be working on major advisory/transaction assignments with a team of brokerage professionals headed by vice chairman August DiRenzo.
Prior to joining the company, Irvin was a senior member of J.P. Morgan/Chase Securities, Inc.'s real estate investment banking group in New York. Irvin has experience in all aspects of real estate, including a background in corporate finance, real estate investment banking, and corporate real estate advisory services.

During his career, Irvin has-been involved in a broad range of transactions that included asset sales, such as the $3.25 billion privatization of the World Trade Center for the Port Authority of New York & New Jersey.
Irvin lives in Short Hills, N.J., with his wife and three children.
