Healthcare in New York City expands despite economy

Even with simplified costs, the construction of healthcare facilities will continue to be difficult, thanks to space limitations, technological advancements, insurance requirements, the needs of an aging population, and a host of other factors. The future demands on healthcare from the nation's leaders in Washington will also play a significant role, if an unpredictable one at the moment.
