Vitamin Shoppe opens 10th LI store

The Vitamin Shoppe, one of the fastest growing retailers in the country, has announced the recent opening of its 10th store in the Long Island, New York marketplace. This 3,700-SF store is located at 1320 Stony Brook Road in Stony Brook, Long Island in the newly built Lake Grove Shopping Center.

Situated at the corner of Stony Brook Road and Route 347, one of the highest traffic intersections in the Stony Brook market, Lake Grove Shopping Center is located in close proximity to the prestigious Smithhaven Mall. Existing tenants of Lake Grove Shopping Center include Chase Bank, Starbucks and Duane Reade. Brain Schuster and Gregg Carlin of Ripco Real Estate Corp. represented The Vitamin Shoppe in this transaction. Stony Brook Realty, LLC is the owner of Lake Grove Shopping Center.
