In 2007, ACC Construction completed two complex projects for Tiffany & Company: the build-out of an 11,000 s/f, second Manhattan store at 37 Wall Street; and a two-phased build-out of the 4,500 s/f White Plains store in the Westchester Mall. The Wall Street project entailed the complete gutting of a historic space with 35-foot-high ceilings, returning many of its original details to museum-like quality while creating breathtaking interiors crowned by a 75-foot mesh and crystal sculpture that floats from the ceiling. To date, ACC has completed three projects for Tiffany & Co., but the two in 2007 were a true test of the Medaglia's ability to oversee the projects and coordinate with her management team. Since 1995, Medaglia has directed her firm to becoming one of the premier women-owned construction management and general contractors in the New York Metropolitan area. During her tenure, ACC has developed into a recognized force in the industry, with a reputation for exceptional quality and service. The company's dramatic growth is attributable to Medaglia's commitment to customer service and her aggressive approach to new business creation in all areas.
