Whitehall Industrial Properties announced the sale of 401 Washington Ave., a 164,850 SF industrial building in Carlstadt, N.J., to GMA Accessories.
Weichert Commercial announced the following transactions:
* The sale of 2008 Route 37, a 19,000 SF mixed-use building in Toms River, NJ. Rosemarie Caruso, vice president of Weichert, represented both parties in the transaction;
* The sale of 1094 Route 9, an 8,400 SF, mixed-use building in Lakewood, NJ. Rosemarie Caruso represented both parties in the transaction;
* The sale of ton Ave., a 10,000 SF, mixed-use building in Lakewood, J. Rosemarie Caruso represented the seller in the transaction. Barry Associates represented the buyer.
Forchelli, Curto, Schwartz, Mineo, Carlino & Cohn, LLP announced the sale of Northrop Grumman Corporation's Building No.1, a 386,000 SF mixed-use facility in Bethpage, N.Y., to Distribution Services, Inc.
GFI Realty Services, Inc. announces the sale of a portfolio of 3l buildings with a total of approximately 1,050 units in the Flatbush, Crown Heights, Prospect Park and Park Slope sections of Brooklyn. The buildings sold for $60 million. It was an all cash deal. GFI's executive vice president of sales, Aaron Jungreis had the exclusive on the sale. The buyer was the Praedeum Group.
