New retail space under construction in NoHo

Alchemy Properties Inc. has brought new retail space to the burgeoning NoHo street scene with the construction of 57 Bond St., the first new residential building in NoHo in more than 50 years. The six-story, 32,000-SF building contains two ground-floor retail spaces, both with basement space included.

The spaces, which have entrances on Bond Street, consist of 2,349 SF on the east side with 1,604 SF of basement space, and 2,512 SF on the west side with 1,266 SF of basement space. The asking prices for the spaces, which are available for immediate occupancy, are $95 per SF and $75 per SF, respectively.
