Rothwood develops SI Home Depot
Real Estate Weekly, July 11, 2001
Kenneth S. Roth, president of Rothwood Real Estate Services, announced recently that they completed the redevelopment of a 9-acre site on Targee St. in Staten Island as a Home Depot. The site had previously been operated as a local strip center. Rothwood developed and then sold the site to Home Depot, which will build a full service retail store and garden center on the site.
Rothwood previously completed a similar transaction during August 2000 in Deer Park New York. Home Depot now operates a 120,000 SF retail unit on the site.
