Westminster Communities LLC - announced that Sam M. Gershwin has been appointed as president.
Gershwin has more than 30 years of experience in land acquisition and construction management. Prior to joining Westminster Communities, he served as corporate officer and managing member of a single-asset real estate development company.
Gershwin holds a B.S. in civil engineering from Lafayette College and an M.B.A. from Seton Hall University.
