NEW YORK
Insignia/ESG announced the following transactions:
* Tellabs, Inc. has signed a 130,000 SF sublease at 2005 Orville Drive North in Ronkonkoma, N.Y. Ed Fitzsimons and Dan Oliver, of Insignia/ESG, represented the tenant;
* J.C. Penney has signed a 100,000 SF lease at 185 Price Parkway in Farmingdale, N.Y. Ed Fitzsimons, Dan Oliver, and Ben Katz represented the tenant.
CB Richard Ellis announced that Mercy College has signed a 130,000 SF lease at Hutchinson Metro Center in the Bronx. Robair Reichenstein, managing director of GB Richard Ellis, Craig Caggiano, and Jeff Waters represented the tenant in the transaction.
Newmark & Company Real Estate announced that the Food Network has signed a 106,000 SF lease at 75 Ninth Aye, in New York City. Samuel Clark III, executive director of Cushman & Wakefield, represented the tenant. David Falk, principal of Newmark & Company, represented the landlord.
The Kushner Companies announced that New York University has signed a 15-year, 75,000 SF lease at its 295 Lafayette St. building in New York City.
Insignia/ESG announced that King & Spalding LLP has signed a 26,500 SF lease at 1185 Ave. of the Americas in New York City. Richard Bernstein and Susan Kahaner, of Insignia/ESG, represented the tenant in the transaction. Ronnie Goldberger and Scott Klau, of Newmark & Company Real Estate, represented the landlord.
Trinity Real Estate announced that PostWorks has signed a 26,000 SF lease at its 100 Ave. of the Americas in New York City. Jason Pizer, director of commercial leasing with Trinity, represented the landlord in the transaction. Barbara Craig and Neil Joffe, of Newmark Real Estate, represented the tenant.
CRESA Partners announced that Comprehensive Health Management, Inc. has signed a 22,000 SF sublease at 11 W. 19th St. in New York City. Jesse Rubens and Philip Silverstein, of Murray Hill Properties, represented the tenant in the transaction. Jane Roundell, Marcus Rayner, and Ed Wartels, of CRESA Partners, represented the sub-landlord.
Trammell Crow Company announced that Lexington Corporate Properties Trust has signed a 16,121 SF sublease at One Penn Plaza in New York City. Frank Gallo, senior vice president of Trammell Crow, and Wade Wilson, senior associate, represented the sub-landlord.
Simone Development Companies announced the following transactions at its 1200 Shames Drive building in Westbury, N.Y.:
* Jordan Fashions Inc. has signed a 10,250 SF lease;
* M.T.S. Systems, Inc. has signed a 10,208 SF lease;
* Delfino Insulation, Inc. has signed an 8,500 SF lease.
Charter Realty & Development Corp. announced that Duane Read Drug Store has signed a 9,700 SF lease at Carmans Plaza in Massapequa, N.Y. Charter Realty represented the landlord in the transaction. Winnick Realty represented the tenant.
Simone Development Companies announced that Westchester Medical Group has signed an 8,119 SF lease at its Harrison Executive Park in Harrison, N.Y.
Murray Hill Properties announced that Synergy SLHR, Inc. has signed a 7,783 SF lease at 485 Seventh Ave. in New York City. David Greene, Stan Kieger, and Danna Siegel, of Murray Hill Properties, represented both parties.
Time Equities, Inc. announced that Living Cities has signed a 10year, 4,100 SF lease at 55 W. 125th St. in New York City. Suzanne Sunshine, of Time Equities, represented the tenant.
CH Commercial Real Estate Group, LLC announced that Christopher Norman Chocolates, Ltd. has signed a 3,860 SF lease at 60 Broad St. in New York City. Timothy Norton and Michael Forrest, of CH Commercial, represented the tenant.
Itzhaki Properties, Inc. announced that beau brummel has signed a 3,500 SF lease at 347 Broadway in New York City. Itzhaki Properties represented both parties. Services announced that Cold Stone Creamery has signed a 10-year, 2,650 SF lease at the E Walk complex in New York City. Joseph J. Simone, president of Tishman Real Estate, represented the landlord.
W&M Properties announced that LOP Group, LP haas signed a 1,990 SF renewal lease at 711 Westchester Ave. in White Plains, N.Y. Jeffrey H. Newman, executive vice president of W&M Properties, JoAnn B. McGrath, vice president of leasing and marketing, and Laurie W. Russell, senior leasing associate, represented the landlord.
Alan Kahn Associates, Inc. announced that the Fiver Foundation has signed a five-year, 1,575 SF lease at 240 W. 35th St. in New York City. Alan Kahn, of Alan Kahn Associates, represented the landlord. Tyler Fonda, of Newmark & Company Real Estate, represented the tenant.
