Sun has new home

Sun Chemical recently signed a new lease for 58,214 s/f of office space at the Gale Company's 35 Waterview Boulevard property in Parsippany, N.J.

Justin Gingeleskie, vice president of leasing with the Gale Company, served as in-house leasing representative for the landlord.

Jeffrey Heller, of Cushman & Wakefield of NJ, Inc., represented Sun Chemical.

35 Waterview Boulevard is a 172,313 s/f class A office building with convenient access to Route 46, and Interstates 80, 280 and 287.
