JP Morgan chase expands in NJ

JPMorgan Chase, Home Mortgage recently renewed and expanded its lease at Plaza 9, 900 Route 9 North in Woodbridge, New Jersey by an additional 15,134 square feet.
The leading financial services company was represented by GVA Williams' David Simson, president, and John Potter, associate director, corporate services, as well as T.J. Russo, in this transaction, and now occupies a total of 29,781 square feet in the Class A office building. Ivy Equities is the landlord of this facility.
"We are proud to have represented this prestigious client in its search to consolidate several of its business groups into one location," said Simson. "Our team worked diligently to secure contiguous space for JPMorgan Chase's needs at this six-story, Class A office facility, which offers a great location within the Edison/Woodbridge submarket."
