The new 260,000 s/f $92 million retail development located at Maple Avenue and Bloomingdale Road in White Plains was developed R Squared LLC. A prime 11,000 square-foot block of space remains on the first level of the four level retail center, which is anchored by a new Fortunoff. The Source at White Plains reached 95 percent occupancy just months after its completion in September 2003, becoming the most successful new retail development in Westchester County in the past several years.
