Salon makes a Second move
Real Estate Weekly, August 6, 2008
Winick Realty Group announced that it has completed its exclusive leasing assignment at 1498 Second Avenue on Manhattan's Upper East Side.
The retail space, which encompasses 1,300 s/f, was leased to Jeffery Stein. The salon is scheduled for an early summer opening. The space was previously occupied by MDC Furniture.
Darrell Rubens, managing director, and Annie Shinn of Winick Realty Group represented the property owner in this transaction. The tenant was represented by Josh Roth of ZE Realty.
"We had lots of offers on the table, but thought that Jeffery Stain would be the perfect addition to this residential neighborhood," said Rubens.
Jeffery Stein salon will be neighboring with North Fork Bank, Talbot Kids, Rite Aid, Lester's, Duane Reade and many retailers in the area.
