Swinging Bridge at The Chapin Estate, 48 scenic home sites ranging in size from five to eight acres, set in 5,600 acres of wilderness and bordering the spectacular Swinging Bridge Reservoir in Sullivan Country, N.Y., are now available from The Woodstone Companies.

The Swinging Bridge home sites are set among stately pine, birch and hemlock trees, and alongside the beautiful, deep blue waters of the reservoir.

The undisturbed natural terrain is spotted with coves, cliffs, hills and hiking trails. The area is home to a host of wildlife, including bald eagles, as well as white tail deer, grouse, pheasant, trout, bass and bears.

Thirty-five of the sites in Swinging Bridge at The Chapin Estate are directly on the waterfront. As many as five separate designs that begin at 2,000 SF will be available.

Buyers may also choose to work with The Woodstone Companies to design an entirely custom home, or build their new home themselves. All the lots will accommodate a guest house, in-law cottage or studio.

Homesites start at $137,900, with those bordering the water starting at $180,000. Houses start at $262,000. A home and site package is available for a total investment of under $400,000 off-shore, and under $500,000 on the lake.
