Garden City Plaza reaches 100% occupancy mark with new leases

More than 20,000 s/f of leasing transactions have been consummated at 200 Garden City Plaza, the 130,000 s/f office building owned by Treeline Companies adjacent to the Roosevelt Field Mall in Garden City.
In transactions involving new tenants, Bornstein & Emanuel, a law from formerly headquartered at 591 Stewart Ave., has leased 5,199 s/f of new offices; Serving for Lawyers, Inc., a process server formerly at 300 Garden City Plaza, has leased 2,382 s/f; New Partners, Inc., a division of Visiting Nurse Service of New York represented by Corporate National Realty, has taken nearly 1,000 s/f; and LH Ross & Company has leased 2,160 s/f for a new stock brokerage branch office.
In another transaction, software developer Proginet Corporation has renewed its lease for nearly 10,000 s/f in the building.
According to Kraig Silver, senior vice president of Treeline Companies who represented the landlord in all of the transactions, 200 Garden City Plaza is presently 100% leased.
