Steven Alvarez has rejoined Cohen Brothers Realty Corporation as senior vice president of building operations. Alvarez, who served Cohen Brothers as vice president of building services for nearly a decade beginning in the mid-1990's, was most recently a vice president, operations, for One Source Facility Services, where he directed approximately $20 million of janitorial and facilities maintenance accounts in the metropolitan New York area.

A graduate of Columbia University, Alvarez began his career as a supervisor/trainer and then a manager of building services at the University.
