Thor Equities has added Samuel D. Polese to its executive team as executive vice president.

In this capacity, Polese will oversee all aspects of deal sourcing for the company. He will also work with members of the leadership team on acquisitions, "open-air" leasing, and other corporate functions.

Polese has 25 years of experience in the shopping center industry. He holds a B.A. in business administration and political science from Rutgers University and an M.B.A. in marketing from Seton Hall University. Polese is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers.
