NAIOP to discuss industry trends at economic roundtable

Current commercial real estate market conditions and predictions for the industry's performance this fall will be discussed by a panel of experts at an economic roundtable sponsored by the New York City, Westchester and Fairfield Counties' Chapter of the National Association of Industrial and Office Properties.
The breakfast program will take place on Wednesday, September 24, 2003, from 7:30 a.m. to 9:30 a.m., at the L'Escale restaurant in Greenwich's Delmar Hotel.
Featured speakers will include:
Alice M. Connell, investment manager for TIAA-CREF.
Anthony E. Malkin, president of W&M Properties.
Darcy Stacom, executive vice president and partner of the investment properties institutional group, CB Richard Ellis.
The registration fee for members is $45; $55, for non-members.
