$23M Tower loan

Arbor Commercial Mortgage, LLC ("Arbor") announced the recent funding of a $23,000,000 loan under its conduit product line to refinance the office building known as The Tower Office Building, Franklin Township, NJ.
The 7-year loan amortizes on a 30-year schedule and carries a note rate of 5.93%.
The loan was originated by Peter Blass, Loan Officer in Arbor's full-service New York lending office.
