Sonnenblick-Goldman Company, on behalf of Lexin Capital, LLC, has arranged the sale of the Steelcase, Inc. facility in High Point, North Carolina, to Lexington Corporate Properties Trust.
The building is a 245,000 s/f warehouse/manufacturing facility that was built to suit for Steelcase, Inc. in 2002 for its Brayton International subsidiary and is leased to Steelcase, Inc. under a long-term net lease.
The property was sold subject to non-recourse fixed-rate financing bearing a coupon of 5.75% and maturing in September 2009.
