Trump taps virtual reality architects for Palace job

Alpha Vision, the nation's leading architectural Virtual Reality company, was recently awarded the contract for 120 Riverside Boulevard at Trump Palace, the largest residential high-rise project on the eastern seaboard.

Alpha Vision is producing a virtual tour for the seventh building of 17-tower New York City project being developed by Hudson Waterfront Associates in partnership with Donald Trump.

The company's computer-generated renderings and Virtual Reality sales tools are designed to help homebuilders and developers sell.

"This high-tech, three-dimensional and interactive virtual reality package focuses on the exterior panoramas from the Hudson River, and then brings viewers back inside to experience the interior environment, showcasing the array of the amenities," explains Kevin Small, director of branding and creative marketing for Alpha Vision.

According to Marc Lamoureux, president and CEO of Alpha Vision, this commission is an important step for the company's growth in the New York City area.

"We are really pleased to be working on this exciting project. It our first "TRUMP" branded project, and we look forward to working on many more projects of this caliber."

Alpha Vision recently won two Silver and one Gold BEST Award at the South Florida Builder's Association 2004 Builder's Awards.

Local South Florida commissions include Blue, Quantum on the Bay, BellaMare, and One Bat Harboar.
